Many resort weddings offer a single planning call. We meet as often as it takes until every worry is gone — fully online if you prefer.

From first contact to your wedding day

Get in touch
No venue or date yet? That’s fine. Reach us by form, WhatsApp, LINE or phone.
- STEP 02
Proposal & quote
Your planner suggests venues and plans that suit you, with an estimated quote.
- STEP 03
Check availability
We check the venue’s availability for your preferred date.
- STEP 04
Booking
Complete the booking form and pay the deposit within 10 days (¥50,000 for weddings / ¥30,000 for photo shoots). Bank transfer or card. Some venues require a deposit of ¥250,000 or 30% of the plan price instead.
- STEP 05
Planning
Meet with your planner — online, as often as you like — to shape options and details.
- STEP 06
Final confirmation
Everything is finalised 60–45 days before the wedding.
- STEP 07
Final payment
The balance, less your deposit, is paid after you review the final details.
- STEP 08
On-site briefing & the day
A final briefing the day before or on the day — then leave everything to us and simply enjoy.

About costs
Costs vary widely with the venue, season, guest count and your wishes. Tell us your budget and we will propose the right plan.

Costume
Bringing your own attire is free
To make your vision real, we never charge for bringing your own attire. We can introduce leading dress salons, and our own BRIDEs ITEM rentals (from ¥7,800) are free with a wedding booking.
