Q.Where can we have a resort wedding?
We offer handpicked venues in Okinawa (main island, Kouri, Miyako, Irabu), Yokohama and Sapporo in Japan, Bali, Europe (Germany, Austria), Hainan in China, and the Maldives. Ask us about other places too.
Q.How much does it cost?
It depends greatly on the venue, season, guest count and what you would like, so we prepare a free quote based on your budget and wishes. Flights are not included.
Q.How far ahead should we start planning?
We recommend 6–12 months ahead. Popular venues and seasons book quickly, so reach out even if your date isn’t fixed.
Q.Can international couples book with you?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and all planning can be done online.
Q.We’re nervous about travel and the stay.
Our local team supports you throughout, with detailed guidance on accommodation and getting around.
Q.Can we host a reception after the ceremony?
Yes — depending on the venue, after-parties, receptions or private restaurant dinners are possible, tailored to your guests and budget.
Q.Do you offer photo-only plans?
Yes — photo plans in Bali, Europe, Okinawa and our Horse Wedding in Ibaraki.
Q.How many guests can we invite?
From just the two of you to 10–30 guests is most common; some venues host 90 or more.
Q.Can we bring our own attire?
Yes, bringing your own attire is free. We can also introduce partner salons, and our BRIDEs ITEM rentals are free for wedding bookings.
Q.What if the weather is bad?
Every venue has indoor and outdoor options and a wet-weather plan agreed in advance. If needed, date or venue changes can be discussed.
Q.What documents do we need?
You will need passports for overseas weddings. Most ceremonies are symbolic (not legally binding); your planner will explain the specifics for each venue.
Q.Can we plan online?
Yes — by video call, phone, email, WhatsApp or LINE. Everything can be done online.
